FLICKERFEST 2010
FLiCKERFEST 19th INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
8th - 17th January 2010, Bondi Beach Sydney AUSTRALIA
National Tour - January to March 2010
Flickerfest is an Academy® Accredited festival.

FLICKERFEST, Australia's premiere international short film festival; will be held at the Bondi Pavilion on Sydney's famous Bondi Beach in January 2010. The Festival will consist of an International competition, an Australian competition and a short Documentary competition. Following the Festival in Sydney, a selection of films from the competitive programs will go on tour to capital cities and regional centres around Australia.

Eligibiility for Flickerfest 2010

To be eligible for Flickerfest 2010, the production must be no more than 35 minutes in length.

All productions screened at Flickerfest 2010 must have been completed within 2 years of the closing date and must be in English or have English subtitles.

Due to the competitive nature of Flickerfest, Australian films selected for competition must not have been screened in Sydney within 6 months of the festival dates.

We prefer films that have not been broadcast in Australia or made available on the internet, and International shorts that are a Sydney premiere.

Entry Deadlines

• *Australian entries must be received by 5pm, FRIDAY 28th AUGUST 2009*
• *International entries must be received by 5pm, FRIDAY 11th SEPTEMBER 2009*

National Tour After our Sydney festival Flickerfest tours a selection of films across Australia. Each film included in the touring programme is paid a royalty.
